I have been tagged by Clarky J. You have to go to the file on your comp where you store your photos. Go to the 6th folder and upload the 6th photo and then explain it. This was taken about 2 years ago in the Delamere Forest at the Go Ape Experience. Go Ape is an award-winning high wire forest adventure course of rope bridges, tarzan swings and zip slides... all set high up in the trees. This picture is of my daughter Emily (going across the bridge) and her friend Liz. 8 of us went, me and hubby, my sister and her hubby, sisters friend, Em, Liz and my son Stewart. Hubby and I didn't go on the course we just followed and watched from the ground (well we did take the dog, so somebody had to watch her lol)
We had a great day and I would recommend it to anyone.
The idea now is to tag 5 others but I am struggling to find other bloggers who havn't already been tagged but I will keep looking.
I am on a roll today, have enjoyed doing these challenges. The Penny Black Saturday Challenge this week is 'Frame It'. The stamp is from the clear set 'Critter Party' coloured with Promarkers. I have used the sketch from Just Christmas and Birthday Cards which this week has been designed by Mada. Check out both these blogs there are some wonderful cards by their Design Teams.
I love doing these sketch challenges and whenever I need to make a card I go searching for a sketch to use. Loved using this one from Sketch Saturday Challenge. Stamp is 'Tilda with pretty flower' coloured with Whispers and pearly paints. Backing paper is a free download from Shabby Princess by Amy Teets called 'Sun Porch' Sentiment stamp is from Cuddly Buddly.
Here's a card I made with my new stamp from Pink Gem Designs It is called Mimi & Daffodils and I think it will be a great stamp to use for all the Spring birthdays. I have coloured it with Whispers pens and Promarkers. The colours are a bit brighter than I would normally use but I think it has turned out quite well.
Had to do a card for Alison's birthday so thought I would combine it with three challenges. The sketch I have used is from Friday Sketchers Challenge and the Penny Black challenge is to use Pink and Brown on your card. The Cuttlebug challenge is to use your favourite folder on a card, well this week my favourite folder is the Happy Birthday folder, don't know which one it will be next week lol. Image is Penny Black 'Ginger' coloured with whispers pens
Thought I would have a go at this new challenge blog Sugar Bowl There is a fab sketch designed by Tiets. You have to use one of the fantastic Sugar Nellie stamps on your card. The winner wins not one, not two but three sets of Promarker pens. The stamp I have used is called 'Pickin Apples' coloured with whispers pens.
To celebrate the release of some very cute new releases Janet the very talented designer at Pink Gem Designs is very kindly giving away two free stamps of your choice. Pop over to her blog http://pinkgemdesigns.blogspot.com/ and have a look for yourself, they are just so cute.
